- Drink at least three (3) liters of water a day. Flush all that toxins in your body ;) Water therapy is indeed effective!
- Try to avoid eating in between meals. But if you can't, eat only a small amount of whatever it is you would like to eat or better yet, just eat fresh fruits like apple, mango, banana or orange.
- Take food supplements. :)
- Slowly let go of softdrinks and junk foods.
- Take time to rest in a week. Relax.
- Get enough sleep.
- Move. move. move.
- Exercise at least two to three times in a week.
- Stay positive.

I'm kind of bored as of the moment. Bored. Sad. Oh. I just miss my family back home. To make me forget about it a bit, I just would like to share some of my weight loss secret.
